One might not initially think it, but magic can vary quite significantly even between worlds where magic is a common element in itself, behaving differently in all sorts of strange and curious ways, and for a curious Mew with a bit of magical potential, and plenty of encouragement from friends to explore it.
That means she often finds all sorts of tutoring which is quite fascinating in itself, though not quuuiiiite as captivating to her as technology, but still fairly close!

For mine at least, they're ageless, though admittedly they're a little beyond the 'standard' anyhow.
But yeah, lots of time to explore magic when she feels like it, even if her small size tends to mean she often might end up with needing somewhat... skimpier outfits than she might be comfortable with, to have enough of her body exposed to pick up the slack and pulling in extra magic from the environment. :3
