Dunno what came over me but I suddenly had this idea and just had to draw it xD My poor shark, Nate, getting it again. Also gave me a good excuse to draw my otter boi again, whom I have been neglecting as of late. Turned out better than I hoped.

I wonder if maybe someone else had blindfolded, gagged and bound Nate and dropped him into the water tied to this heavy weight. Leon might just have been intending to try and free Nate from his binds but found he's ticklish, so he's just trying to see if Nate can loosen himself a little with his struggles. So, maybe when Nate's eventually free he'll not be too harsh with him.
