Funny how pushing down on the surface never seems to work, and Felicia just learned that the hard way, as her arms now seem firmly stuck down in the quicksand, along with her hips. Her expression here is just perfect, that moment of realization that she made a grave mistake, and she is likely not going to be able to fix it. Her posing is lovely, you really get a sense of how stuck she is, and that those arms aren’t going to budge, as well, the way her hair is flaring out you get a sense of movement and that this made have been a sudden plunge from the previous picture, that it is still settling from. This picture really shows what I mean about the placement of the fur trim, cause without it her right breast would pretty much be exposed here, and I love how the sand linger just below her navel. A very clearly illustrated picture of her struggling taking a turn for the worst,… not that it was very hopeful to begin with. ;)
