King Zaura was an Alien Kaiju, and 17th Monster overall in the series, that serve to fight and defeat Fireman in a two Parter Episode Story line – "Fireman Disappear into the Magma" and "He did it! Fire Dash!".

_Bio and Abilities_
King Zaura was a monster that serve the Alien Sulphers plot to – you guest it; take over the World (OF COURSE!). The Beast was design to defeat Fireman and at first succeeding in its battle with title Hero in the first parter. He has been compare with the UltraKaiju Zetton and Ace Killer.

King Zaura was Gray in color, possessing a horn on the nose and flapping humps on the back; it could breath both fire and black poisonous smoke from the mouth; Zaura was heat resistant to most of Fireman's fire attacks; the Humps on the back were used to stored its energy, making it the source of is power as well its weakness if destroyed; King Zaura was able to create Hurricane Winds; and the tail could elongate and retract, as possess a ball with spikes in its end. Its hands were like pincers (difficult to say on this one, as he flaps them constantly and the best picture close up of these don't help to state if the hands had digits or pincers.

King Zaura's roar was a modified one for Gyaos, from the Gamera series, and footage of it was among those used in Dinosaur Great War Izenborg as suppose Ururu Foot Soldiers.

_History_
Quick Note: since I'm hitting a two parter episode without subs, a lot of what will be stated is shorten for the sake of brevety. So I apologies is you think I'm cutting out stuff.

_Part 1_
An Eruption rips through a mountain – suspecting it may have been instigated, SAF hunts down the suspect, Chiba is however attacked by two suspects dress as Priests, though these flee, but stumbles upon a suspecious Nun carrying a bag, he follows her to a port and embarks on a Ferry; Elsewhere, Misaki, keeping an eye on the Eruption, stumbles upon a Boy close snooping near the area searching for his father and rescues him from a rock slide, the two search for the child's father.

Back on the Ferry, the Nun opens the bag, revealing to be a device, Chiba, disguise as crew member spies on her but is ambushed by the same priest from before; in the scuffle and unable to take Chiba down, the two fake priest spirit themselves away; suspecting Aliens, reports to SAF. (on a fun note, trying to use more disguises, Chiba dresses himself as a woman).

As eruption continues, Misaki tries to take the boy when his equipment detects a signal from the Volcano, he informs his Chief not knowing the Nun is listening on their communications; she then commands the Kaiju King Zaura to emerges; Misaki transforms into Fireman and faces off the Beast. Realizing the Hero has appeared, the Nun proceeds to take control of King Zaura and the Monster begins to outmatch the hero with extandable tail and Hurricane Wind attacks. Jets of the JSDF come to his assistance and fire at the Beast; Fireman uses his FireFlash but the Monster absorbs it. Fireman continues to battle King Zaura, but after been held back by its Winds, the Monster disappears – ending their first fight in a draw. Fireman reverts back to Misaki and reunites with the Boy and continues the search.

On the road, Chiba, in disguise (no, not wearing drags this time, sorry) follows the suspicious Nun only to be cornered by three more Fake Priest Subordinates – been left unbothered by Chiba, the Nun, an Alien from Sulpher, unleashes King Zaura on Misaki, with the objective to kill Fireman – Misaki transforms once more for Round Two, despite its best efforts, though, Fireman and Air Force are unable to deal with the Monster, to compel his problem, the Volcano Erupts, releasing Magma in direction of the child; he save the boy on time and puts him away, but King Zaura takes the chance to beat the hero down until the timer ran out. Fireman falls engulf by the fast running flames, as Alien Commander laughs at her victory; King Zaura then decimating the entire JSDF Jet Squadron.

Unbeknownst to the villains, Fireman is spirited away, back on the land of Alban by the power of his Master, the Elder; The Elder, not willing to have the Earth lose its only defender, sacrifices his life Energy to resurrect Misaki/Fireman – Ending the First Par of the story.

_Part 2_
Misaki is back on the surfaces, holding the Elder's Fire Talisman and transforms into Fireman – the shock Sulpher commander orders King Zaura to retreat as the invisible UFO destroys the remainder Jet Squadron and attacks Marigon. Misaki then reunites with the Boy and takes to a Hotel and leaves, but the Commander appears and kidnaps the boy. Elsewhere Chiba stumbles upon the Commander taking the child up a mountain and follows but they disappear in a cloud Sulphur and once again he is attacked by the Alien Subordinates (still trying to preach the word of the Lord with more HI-KEEBA!!). This time, they capture Chiba and they hold him and the Boy hostage on their ship, not far, Misaki finds his communications device, he contacts SAF and they have the Marigon searching the area.

Not long after, Misaki finds an unconscious man – the boy's father. Close by Mariko sees one of the Sulpher Agents coming out of the Sulphur Fog – sent out to kill Misaki - she enters but triggers the intruder alarm. As one of the agents search, he is himself captured by her and is able to free Chiba and the Boy and take down the agents and escape the ship after using a Smoke Bomb- the three then reunite with Misaki but the Sulpher Agents catch up to them – Misaki decides to make a stand allowing the others to escape; Chiba reunites with Mizushima on the Mogurian vehicle they try to ram with the alien ship but it escapes.

After beating the agents, Misaki spots the Commander and she unleashes King Zaura at him, forcing him to transform into Fireman and battle the Monster for a 3rd time; the Alien Ship tries to provide assistance, but comes under assault from the Jets, though these are dispatch quickly, but one is able to launch missiles at it, taking the vessel out of commission from the fight.

As Fireman is been dominated again by the Monster when the Mogurian comes out to help, but its struck by King Zaura's tail, toppling it upside down. Fireman, not wanting to make the Elder's sacrifice in vain, makes one last push of Energy to take King Zaura down and tosses him away – the Commander is force to retreat to her ship, which is then take out by Fireman's Eyebeam; Fireman then makes one last move, the Fire Dash, where engulf in flames runs towards the Monster, making it Explode from the inside, successfully killing King Zaura and putting an end to the Sulpher's threat.

Afterwards, Misaki sees the Boy one last time to thank him for finding his father, before they bid farewell to each other.
