Honestly, it's really amazing what she did with it. I just tossed a few ideas of what might occur when the character is going all-in, along with a few reference/inspiration images, before asking her to do whatever appealed.
She proceeded to utterly nail the concept and emotion. The skull face being a really fun addition to the affair.
