An old pixel art oekaki from a few years ago that I'm still fond of. <3
I wasted so many weekends renting & playing that game. Still can't surf worth a shit though. 9~9
And, no, this is not a screenshot edit-everything was pixeled by hand. I *did* copy-pasta cheat a bit on the rough ground and water texture though. :P
