they're not traitors, but "the lost company". they were in the warp for so long that they had to adapt living there. thats why the rune priests know how to warp, and they have only limited supplys/units to their list. the marking on the great stone only means that they were lost. true it shows signs of desertion or treachery, but for the 13th company, they were lost, only to reappear again. :D
Not according to the Space Wolf Codex, when the 13th company left and entered the warp true they where there so long, but to the out side as the went into the warp and have been there so long they are now deemed trators and are unable to return to Imperial spce with out being exicuted

My Wolves could take your wolves. True they are based of the same Gene Seed, but mine are better! >:( I can have two guys with flamers per squad in combination with my True Grit and Counter Attacking Steel Fangs. Or just bring in Command Squad Curae Primae. a squad of a Librarian, Chaplain, and Commander in termie armour, plus Sgt Bathalazar, and his squad consiting of Cyclone, Heavy Flamer, and 4 Regular termies... with LRC Harbinger and its two hurrican bolters, storm bolter, meltagun, and twin linked assault cannons...and its hunterkiller.
But When i first started collecting, i was torn between the Dark Angels or the Wolves. Then 4.0 came out and i made my own custom chapter.

yeah, true when the 4.0 came out, i thought of converting my wolves, but the thing is, is that it really wouldnt be "technically" space wolves, as they have their own chapter. if you use it per space marine codex, then basically they are "nilla marines". :) i was told this many times before when i wanted to make my own chapter.. lol
For the emperor! X3
I've only ever really played the RTS version of Warhammer 40k, too cheap to actually invest in the tabletop game lol X3. I generally liked the Necrons, Eldar, and Chaos, but the Space Marines were certainly a force to be reckoned with =P.
Also, is that a...tail? Hanging from his pistol? X3
