Appearance: Tempest looks like a regular Goodra, with a few key differences, one being the Jolteon-like tail fluff and green fluff around his neck, and his colors are different from a regular Goodra, his primary one being Jolteon's yellow, and his belly being a dark blue. there is also additional goo gathered around his thighs, and said goo glows slightly. in Quadrupedal form, his front legs are thicker and longer to allow for ease of movement on all fours, and his Goodra tail is removed.

Personality: Tempest is very reserved. while he doesn't open up to everyone, and even those who he's close to very slowly, once he does you'll find he's very fond of affection, and very easy to fluster as a result if he receives it. he also has a bit of a stutter, especially when flustered, which he hates.
He's generally very relaxed and easygoing, often to the point of laziness. His confidence, while often lacking, does exist, and he'll occasionally tease close friends.
as a result of his hybrid status, he's usually shorter than an average Goodra, and so he hates having his height poked fun at.

Abilities:
Tempest has several abilities gained from various sources or as a result of his hybridization. for one, his goo is conductive, making it easy to electrify opponents covered in it.
he can also absorb electric attacks aimed at him to heal himself via Volt Absorb.
His glowing goo came from a dream in which he meets and eats a former version of himself, and also granted him radiating, light heat. this helps in cold climates but can cause overheating in hot weather very easily.
his final ability is one to transform into other Pokémon by liquifying his form partially to become a formless mass, then reforming into a Pokémon of his liking. he retains his weight (but not necessarily height), Electric typing, and Ability (Volt Absorb) between forms, with the electric typing replacing the primary type of whatever he turns into, or a secondary type if no primary type exists. his strength doesn't change between forms, so he cannot turn into a powerful being and be just as strong, unlike Ditto.
As a result of said transformations, Tempest has acquired light (possibly temporary) psychic powers in the form of a Espeon's head gem on his forehead. While he is able to conjure ghost hands and levitate items, similar to the Espeon he copied it from, due to being less experienced, he's not as proficient.
