They're wild canines that live in japan. They have raccoonish markings and tend to go through garbage and live in semi-populated areas, similar to raccoons, possums, woodchucks in the USA.
In folk lore, they are magical tricksters and they like restaurants and booze. In stories, they can turn into stone statues (such as Tanuki Mario in Super Mario Bros. 3) and because they are often depicted drunk, they are shown with huge balls and no dicks, because they're essentially too drunk to fuck. :x Warrior tanuki in stories can use their huge balls to fight things.
There is a movie called Pom Poko by studio Ghibli about them.

Whats ban evasion?

Ban evasion is creating a second account to continue with activities on FA, such as art, comments, notes, etc, so as to get around a ban placed on a previous account.

The user in question, NicRevolver is none other than ShinFoxRoo , a former friend of mine that I dropped after he went on a reckless rant in one of his journals. He was permabanned from FA for lying to FA Admins about him being hacked and harassment(Via false e-mail addresses), and for throwing death threats at Dragoneer at FA:United last year.
