"... what's beneath the surface.
Because truly seeing someone is more than surface-level."
Here's my second piece of artwork to introduce the visual novel project I am working on.
"Aaron & The Void" stars Aaron, a 25 year-old white-tailed deer from a world parallel to ours; one that you (Simon) have fabricated. In this image, he's looking down into the darkness of ... a canyon? A crevice? A bottomless crack in the Earth? It's up to you to find out...
The visual novel's themes will include furry, male romance, slice-of-life, identity exchange, and world exploration. Yep, all the good clichés… take 'em or leave 'em. Also, some soft NSFW themes, and foul language.

I realized, the moment I fell into the fissure, that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned. It continued falling into that starry expanse of which I had only a fleeting glimpse. I have tried to speculate where it might have landed, but I must admit, however— such conjecture is futile. Still, the question of whose hands might someday hold my Myst book are unsettling to me. I know that my apprehensions might never be allayed, and so I close, realizing that perhaps, the ending has not yet been written.
