In a similar vein as my portrait of Bela Lugosi, I felt inclined to draw another famous horror actor. Honestly, this guy was one of my favorite actors, and I was only 10 when he died.
This piece here is largely based on his appearance in Edward Scissorhands, because I really liked his outfit in that. Although I drew him a bit younger here, I started getting depressed depicting him old and withered like he looked in that.
I know I normally don't post my human portraits here, perhaps I should. :p

I got to meet Vincent Price while I was the stage manager at a small regional theater. He was touring with his one man show "Diversions and Delights" as Oscar Wilde. I got to spend a little time with him during the run. He was a very talented and genuine person. It's nice that he is remembered.
