Wow, this is so pretty-looking! Always love how beautifully you combine and mesh all of the different elements into one cool and lovely looking creature, the color palette and the patterns work so nicely together... I especially love the look of the patterns on her underside and the blue, pink, and gold for the head tendrils (I think that's what those are? I don't know for sure, haha~), and god... those horns just look so lovely! I kinda wish that if Milotic had gotten a Mega Evolution form, that it would've looked something like this. Also I may or may not be a bit biased since Milotic is actually one of my favorite Water type Pokémon of all time, heh~
But regardless, very wonderfully done, always love seeing these neat creatures from you that combine and take inspiration from different creatures and things in general! Keep up the great work~ <33

My favorite part as an artist is just that:
pick up different things and combine them all into an original design! It's always challenging and I have so much fun doing it!
