Hey folks! =D Here's another of Maddie's friends! This time it's the portly, energetic, and clinically evil electabuzz girl Phoebe Machson!

A happy, bouncy girl who could talk you out of the clothes on your back and enjoy every single minute of it she's Maddie's clinically "Evil" friend... not the miltank has any idea about this of course. ^,^ Maddie's still blissfulyl unaware of Phoebe's less desirable traits... and the fact the electabuzz has a huge crush on her... yeah this is an awkward friendship ain't it?

General Appearance: Heavy set and rather chubby Phoebe is never the less rather attractive with a decently curved body despite her extra weight. She’s slightly muscular looking thanks to her dad’s heritage but the extra weight does a good job of hiding it so it normally goes unnoticed. She usually has her long blond hair done up in a tight braid. Most of the time she seems to have a bouncy, almost giddy feel about her as she’s all smiles, sweetness, and energy but when she chooses to get serious she can look down right devious and menacing.

Clothing Style: She has a fondness for simple button up shirts with rather short skirts but can change it up when she chooses, wearing anything from t shirts and slacks to dresses. She has no real color preferences but prefers to at least have her outfits match or go together.

Accessories: Normally doesn’t accessorize but keeps a pair of thin Wise Glasses handy that make her look even more intimidating as well as slightly boost her power. She uses them whenever she REALLY wants to make a point.

Personality: Energetic, bouncy, fun loving, slightly flirty, and a little mischievous could all sum up the kind of girl Phoebe appears to be when you first meet her. While every one of these traits is real it’s barely scratching the surface of Phoebe’s personality. While she is friendly and honestly does care about people she’s also tricky, conniving, and has a tendency to scheme to get what she wants… within reason of course, she does set SOME boundaries for herself. She also has a nasty habit of using her talent to persuade and manipulate folks to her advantage either to get out of trouble or to get what she wants. Another thing is that any male over the age of seven that talks to her should expect to receive the cold shoulder at best or outright hostility at the worst. Thanks to her experiences growing up with her dad she views all non little kid guys as “Worthless obstructions”, “Worthless annoyances”, or just not worth her time. This isn’t set in stone and she can warm up to guys and see they aren’t so bad… but it takes time and effort against bad odds to do so. When she does decid to get angry or to intimidate someone she can become downright TERRIFYING and dangerous, full willing to show she’s not bluffing or joking around. Another thing is she can seem to swap personalities on the fly, going from sweet girl to violent monster, all the way to a loving a doting older sister in the span of minutes or even seconds without so much as missing a beat. This happens frequently when she’s dealing with new or unfamiliar people but when little kids or friends are around she normally remains her usual sweet, bubbly girl person, or in the case of little children the playful older sister persona. The last thing to remember is she can more or less control this and will always try to manipulate folks or get her point across to them as effectively as possible… whether that’s a pleasant method or not. Despite this laundry list of faults (one of which being that most folks who meet her consider Phoebe to be “Evil”) she’s a good, dependable friend and spares the people she cares about from the worst of her behavior.

History: Born the first and eldest child of a rich playboy her father was well know among the rest of the upper class (as well as several tabloids) for his unfortunate habit of falling in love with the wrong type of womon, marrying them, and having them divorce him a few months later leaving with as much of his money as they could legally carry. Phoebe was the child of one of these ladies as her “Mom” all but abandoned her in her father’s arms and ran with the cash rather then get stuck with the child. After this her father actually settled down and focused on raising his daughter as best he could and for the most part he did a fairly decent job, he was much better at being a father then a lover, and the two were happy… till he fell back on old habits again and Phoebe found herself going through a string of unfamiliar womon who were suppose to be her “New Mom” but vanished just as quickly as they came.

Years of this eventually gave the electric girl her rather jaded opinion on guys, but the eventual birth of her little brother made her change her tune somewhat as she found herself helping to care for her new little sibling. Deciding that little boys were okay as long as they remained sweet and innocent she became a mothering, smothering older sister who was going to keep her baby brother as sweet as could be for as long as she could. Her father ended up getting her several more younger siblings and Phoebe became rather talented at caring for them… it was around this time she started to think about what she wanted to do with her life. At first se thought about the world of battling… but quickly dismissed the thought of being a fighter. It was overcrowded and if you didn’t already have insane skills or some kind of gimmick you didn’t stand a chance in hell of making it anywhere. She decided instead to focus on the business aspect of the industry, putting her natural talents at talking to people (aka convincing them to agree with her and do what she wants) to use. When the time came she was sent to attend the PCA, majoring in the Business and Management Major.

While at the PCA Phoebe began exploring the depths of talents of manipulating people as well as her sexuality… become rather flirty and a bit of a kissing bandit and then talking her way out of it. This met with rather mixed results and Phoebe quickly moved on and decided to not be QUITE so overt about her liking girls, less trips to the nurse’s office that way, and instead focus on her classes. That plan didn’t last too long because during a trip to the store to pick up supplies for her siblings she pumped into a miltank by the name of Maddie who was there to pick up supplies for her babysitting jobs. It was love at first sight as Phoebe was immediately smitten with the chubby cow and struck up a conversation with her. Finding out they both went to the PCA and loved little kids they used that to become fast friends as the Electabuzz repeatedly tried to drop hints to Maddie that she wants to be a little more then “Just Friends”… so far Maddie has remained COMPLETELY oblivious to her friends feelings, but Phoebe doesn’t give up that easily and is still trying to get the message across.

Fighting Style: Throw more electricity than a power plant and hope the opponent isn’t standing by the time your finished could sum her style up rather nicely. The few times Phoebe has stepped into the ring the subtlety of combat, as well as a few other things, went flying out the window full tilt. Talented enough with her electric powers to serve as teachers assistant and tutor in a few of the classes that teach electric attack she turns any match against her into a high voltage light show of power, but not being in the battle focused major she never really moved beyond playing the pure power game when she has to fight. Not that she’s not good at that game though, anything short of a ground type or a mon with a electric nullifying ability will have to either move fast or brace themselves for the sheer amount of electricity she can toss around. Her main weakness is that she doesn’t have much else besides the electricity to use. Her only non electric attacks are Cross Chop, a move she picked up from her dad, and Psychic, which she learned to use outside of battle to be honest “Hey it lets me move stuff around with my mind, why WOULDN’T I want to learn it?” Her few non damaging attacks aren’t too impressive either considering Thunder Wave counts as another electric move. Rain Dance is to make Thunder unavoidable and to boost her attack power, Swagger she does anyway so she decided she might as well learn the move, and substitute she learned to be in two places at once so to speak a useful talent outside the arena. While strong she’s pretty much a one trick pony who could be easily countered with a little forethought.

Miscellaneous Facts: She treats team Pre-K like more little siblings, especially the guys. She views them as guys who haven’t outgrown the sweetness and innocence of being little children yet and babies them even more then Maddie does to try and keep them like that. She’s especially bad with Andrew who she’s adopted as her “New Baby Brother” and treats him with about as much dignity and respect… especially since she learned he has a ticklish tummy.

She doesn’t take comments about her weight kindly, even less so from guys, and the last guy who made a remark about it was found beaten, paralyzed, and stripped down to his undies outside the girls locker room with a “Stupid Pervert” sign hanging around his neck. Most people guessed he’d been caught trying to peek but he told a story about a deranged, fat Electabuzz girl… of course Phoebe claimed to have never seen him before.

She has a deep love of karaoke which is only matched by her sheer inability to sing. She’s actually been banned from a few karaoke bars (after sneaking in of course) after her horrible voice drove away customers… she takes it all in stride and is eager to try again.

She LOVES finding new ways to use her electricity and constantly experiments with it… much to the regret of anyone she experiments on when they have to take their fried phone or PDA in for repairs… again Phoebe pleads innocence on all charges…
