Fleetway - Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (UK)
It's Michelangelo with his Pizza and Klunk (from 2003's TMNT)
BUT in Fleetway Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Comics style.
It was really fun for me because when I was a kid I had a poster with this style from this Comic-Book series with the 4 turtles and April O'Neil. The style was similar and I loved that. I really wanted to draw something similar like that.
