Lovely lighting on those wings. The pose is nice and simple...doesn't even need a background to complete it. Very nice work.

well it turned out nice and pouncy .... :) one thing thou - the neck looks like it's coming from the bottom of the body, not the top. well, i't your cross :)
if you will ever want to make a background - the ideal one would be a green rocky slope or a mountain. the dragon coming down from from it, with his legs standing firmly on the edges of the stones, claws grappling the very edge of them. wingarms also look like he's grappling some stones for more stability. the left one is streched out to reach a farther one(and is closer th the viewer) so when he jumps it will give him more momentum and surprize the enemy(like a sling-shot). here they will act more like arms, then wings(hence the big thumb).
and put some feathers on the very tip of his tail.

the whole pose is saying - 'dont come closer - i warn you! i will not do this again!'

aaaaAAaa, the whole picture _deserves_ a background! do it, please! really!
