Hooray I made new art! :3
I had thought of this dragon fella in my head suddenly and had to draw him immediately then named him Toby, this fella may appear to be little but don't let his appearance fool you, he can be a really scary looking tough guy, especially around danger! Hopefully the cape isn't a bit much but the ears are a nice variety touch.
