Max often DOES change her clothes. However, her tank top and jeans are a lot easier to draw, and they make more sense to prevent someone as fit and active as Max from overheating.

On another subject related to Max...

I've noticed that, lately, her breast size has certainly been shrinking. That may be a result of trying to make her chest have a normal shape rather than being balloons. Either way, though, I'm thinking Max is looking the best she's ever looked lately-- I'm not sure if she'd want ginormous tits to be in the way while fighting, anyway.
