Floyd uses the fact that he's gonna die anyway to tell everyone behind this what he really thinks of them.
Of course they all find it offensive. People like that can dish out abuse all day but the second someone turns it back on them they turn into tantruming little toddlers demanding you take it back.
Floyd has no reason to take anything back though. These are his last words and he's going to make them sting.
