To be honest, it's probably a good take on a goblin because they are largely fictional and therefore the appearance is quite flexible. I just always tend to imagine my masks being rather human in appearance, though exaggerated. So the nose would be more "hook-like" and the ears pointy, but not so large. I like to keep my ideas fairly humanoid; yours is probably a much better take on how a Goblin should look.
I think what makes your design so good is how you've used it. The way you've drawn it being put on and all the sounds and effects.

That's fine. As I said, you can do what you prefer. I think that it's interesting how we sometimes envision things differently to other people.
I think the only thing that puts me off the less humanoid masks like the one with the long nose here and others such as wolves is the fact that it would seem awkward to imagine everything fitting right without some kind of leap of logic or magical alteration of the wearer. I like the mask shrinking to the fit the wearer more than the other way round.
I think that is why I like monster like goblins and demons to things like wolves and other animals; it's almost more realistic, and therefore scary.
