This is Ghostmedic, the third member of a para-military secret government group that is hunting down Chaos Cougar. Teamed with Dog of War http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3864017/ and Last Stand http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4521086/ they have been labeled villains by the city of Megalopolis. Her powers include invisibility and an ability to phase herself with great effort. The newest member of the team, she was recruited shortly before Chaos Cougar made good his escape. She doesn't know why they are hunting him, only that they are following orders.
