Galaxy is Luxy's Brother,
He always wears his necklace as if that is the only item he have to revert his manhood for a while.
Whenever his necklace wears off, its on cooldown or its gone, she'll turn back into a female version of HERself as galaxia.

And using magic to revert his gender back permanently (Even without the necklace) will always be ineffective

at few people around who'll encounter galaxia will always let them know that she was always a girl.
