Brianna Blaine is a strikingly gorgeous Irish Setter and an amateurish, yet talented and deeply passionate aspiring actress.
Though strong-minded in her own right, Brianna can be rather susceptible when exposed to things like hypnosis (regarding her manager, Sergio) or poetry. One thing Brianna takes pride in, almost as much as acting, is poetry, and will easily become captivated by anyone who recites a few enchanting verses to her.
While she can be a drama queen and a bit of a diva, Brianna does have a sweet, compassionate, and caring side to her. She adores the company of friends, and will show gratitude to anyone who has done her a great deed, like after being saved by Justin from street thugs, or being welcomed and accepted into Justin’s pack after freeing her from Sergio’s control.

So I haven't established much of Brianna's history, like her parents, or childhood, or how she met her manager, but this is what I have:
Brianna has always been an artsy puppy with a tremendous love for the theatre and acting, and poetry. In her teens, she wound up in the care of her acting manager, a human named Sergio, whom treated her as if she was his own daughter. But poor Brianna was blind to the truth, for Sergio was a controlling, crooked miser who saw Brianna and her talents as nothing more than a gold mine. After somehow acquiring an enchanted gem called the Hope-On-A-Rope diamond (once belonged to international canine actress Zsa Zsa Gbark, but not anymore after Justin LaBark hypnotized her and disposed of the diamond), Sergio used it to mesmerize Brianna into becoming his obedient puppet, pushing her to be the (money-making) actress he knew she could be, performing in several theaters around the country.
One day while out shopping in NYC, Brianna was cornered by some thugs, until they were scared off by a police siren, which turned out to actually be the work of the sly Justin LaBark. Grateful for having her life saved, Justin was able to charm the fair Brianna into treating her to a dinner, dazzled by her beauty and chic attire. Afterwards, Brianna remembered she was due for an audition, but promised to meet with Justin at Bryant Park after sunset. Eventually, Sergio found out about Justin, and after meeting Brianna at one of the New York theaters for her next audition, hypnotized her into forgetting Justin and reminding her to be obedient to only him. Brianna succumbed to Sergio's commands and took the stage.
Meanwhile, Justin concerned that Brianna didn't show up in the park, went to the theatre she said she was performing in. He uses a pair of video-recording glasses invented by his genius friend, Freddy Pembroke, to take footage of Brianna in case something is wrong with her (kinda creepy, but hey, he's a teenager). Justin used them to record her performance at her audition and realizes something shocking. He learns that Brianna was being brainwashed by her human manager and has shown the footage to NYPD. Outraged with her mistreatment at the hands of a human, the NYPD strikes into action, raiding the whole theater and surrounding Sergio, leaving him nowhere to run. Justin quickly thinks fast and snatches the Hope-on-a-Rope diamond from him and uses it on the hypnotized Brianna, effectively freeing her from Sergio's control. After that, Sergio was arrested by Justin's father and sentenced to 25 years of prison for child slavery. Brianna is then welcomed into the Dog Pack, and eventually gets taken in by, of all dogs, Jemma Diamond. Brianna is now living a much happier life surround by other canines who truly accept her, but her feelings towards her new roommate soon turn into something more...
