Penance and he antics were one of Jim´s most interesting non porn projects, it was evident he has a good taste in horror genre films which i dig alot too, sadly we´ll never know what will be of her or which other "adventures" she´ll have, yet he left plenty of good stories and comical dark humor situations whic are hints for anyone who would like to give her new stories to live >;)
Penance was one of the characters Jim drew under another name. He had a couple of alternate names he used when drawing underage stuff, Desiree Lee and Bulletsoup. People suspectd for years that the two were Jim but it wasn't until his death that we were sure. He was a terrific artist lost too soon.
The Ambrosia art was Jim too. I'd lay money on it. No one is that good at copying art styles. I would speculate he needed money and did that art while denying it was him. I asked him about it at the time and he maintained it ws another artist, but he also denied being Desiree Lee.
