Epic cuteness in the outfit. The real winner is the silly expression. Fallout took the words right out of my mouth, for lack of a better phrase. Nice touch with the bow being in the hat-end. Always love those wide open full skirts, too. No panty shot, but it's built for one if I bended over in the right place. ^.^; Thank you for this lovely artpiece. Happy Christmas to you both!
