Partly done by (pseudo) batik in which I used airbrush paint and water in a squirt bottle after putting down (not very well I might add) wax to block it from taking over the picture pieces. The blue at the bottom ran up farther than I wanted while it was drying, but it actually looks more green than it does in this and makes it look pretty cool.

After that I was going to use airbrushing to fill the rest in, but I decided that it would be best to just just fabric markers. I think it turned out fairly well. The colors are a bit more vibrant in person, and there are sparkles in the green and darker blues.
