Corral Rushmore had the most noticeable change, going from a friendly nerd into a bloodthirsty maniac heavily reliant on firearms, let one be a modern-day assault rifle or a laser gun, both of which were her main weapons. All of this had to do with David Oak's charisma, in addition to the effects from the stolen muscle growth serum. Even her own club members experienced the same effect, but to the lesser extent. Being the chief scientist for the Brisa Creek empire, she became uncaring to her subjects' safety and fears, especially when experiments went wrong, while her club members evolved into her permanently blind followers and resorted into deceitful means to get more members and goad them to blindly support her as well. Something like this had already started sometime after Corral got injected, but witnesses kept this moment to themselves to avoid facing wrath from her emo boyfriend Peter Oaks. However, by the time people grew to like Peter in the matter of several months, the same witnesses decided to share Corral's situation with Peter. Understandably, Peter was upset, blaming the negative changes in her on his own father due to his speech, but to make matters worse, Corral already grown to support David Oaks, even more than her only boyfriend, leaving him ultimately betrayed. However, that was just a feeling, because Peter became more determined to get his father off of his own influence and to snap Corral back to her senses. The matter of this case was, how?

While Evan Newfoundland had grown like Brisa Creek and its vast territory, he remained the same, even personality-wise, even after getting an injection with the muscle growth serum. However, he had developed ideas of massively improving logistics and delivery system, such as helicopter backpacks, large delivery drones armed with machine guns and shield, underground tunnels that anyone could use, caterpillar-tread delivery trucks, and so on. Such ideas also made a big but quarterly expense to Brisa Creek's economy, even half that of Cooper Sands'. However, this did not bother his superior David Oaks, instead of nagging like on Sands' spending on improving infrastructure, because invasion forces required new supplies and weapons for every battle and a better delivery service was matched for the job. Furthermore, those of Evan's ideas were actually made by Sands himself. Even Evan noticed such odd response and called David out for it, albeit on a relaxed manner, but the middle-aged beaver kept rumbling about making Brisa Creek a better place and left, in which gave Evan a confusing impression that David genuinely believed in conquest as the best way to improving lives of Brisa Creek, instead of fixing it from within. However, Evan remained so relaxed despite witnessing such a recent event with David, that his presence would somehow become irrelevant from time to time until someone looked into the Brisa Creek's logistics system and only then would eventually find the Newfoundland beaver. He also lacked any main weapon to begin with, and instead relied on his best drone, nicknamed 'Tumblewood', whose four arms could carried four small parcels or even a large and heavy one.
