Juwia is the Daughter of the Dragon Kingdom and the mother of Sarah is the right hand maid from Juwias mother so Sarah became the right hand maid from Juwia.
Both are really energetic together.
While Juwia making stupid stuff is Sarah standing here and hold her back or telling other to not go to this place.
