Though the series is collectively known as Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids not every book in the series is known as such. Starting now, we have content from Ghostly Tales for Ghastly Kids.
An Elephant Never Forgets:
Percy and Belinda Crumpdump want a baby elephant after seeing one on African Safari. Sometime later at their manor, it was revealed that the father had one of the baby elephants killed, one of its legs repurposed as an umbrella stand and gifted to the kids.
Later, the children learn said umbrella stand has wish granting properties. As for how the story ends, imagine the Elephant foot like a monkey's paw and you're on the right track.
