Yep, that's Jinx of you :3 Though, one can hardly call such competitions "fair" to begin with; the guy can inhale a mountain's volume if he so pleases x3 But so long as people are having fun, that's the important part~

What a lovely competition! He just looks so cute with that side glance and great with that big bloated body. That's a pro gamer move there.
As for the question, controlled spontaneous combustion, or intentional internal explosions, are one of the most interesting sorts of inflation methods I've seen, explored by Ludren Dragon.
Another interesting way is electrical absorption, most observed by Zedex.
