It's actually a Dragon creature (Sorry, don't know what it was called, and it's also a playable character) from Summon Night 4, a PS2 Japanese game. Boy, it's been a few years since I last played it ^^;

It has 3 colors (You have to pick one) as it differs from it's human form; Blue, Pink, and Green (Yes, they have their human form). And it can transform into a powerful dragon around the last part of the game ;3
