No, they weren’t orphans. The only orphan currently in the Petting Zoo is Clara from the sheep from Season 2.
The rabbit is Anna who was one of the high school interns from Season 3 who first appears in New Zoo-Rabbit from the same season.
The goose is Amy, an 8 year old girl whose parents were about to finalise their divorce prior to their encounter with the New Zoo. She first appears in New Zoo-Geese in Season 1.
