Continuing from that last batch of stories I posted, here we see what happens when a young otter starts getting his powers and the process a higher power must go through to make sure he even lives to get them. Raien the Riolu, creator of this little world, won't be able to save the cornerstone character of his world on his own however. He'll have to ask for help from his masters, an angel, a goo skunkie... and of course a demon.
