New's of Shayugo planning to move soon had somehow gotten around the neighborhood and one of the nearby neighbors (a single Primarina) had offered Shayugo a goodbye present. After a lot of convincing Shayugo agreed, tjey barely knew each other and Shayigo was sure she wasn't one of the peolle that came to the cafe job she has now wuit from. After she was let inside the home shayugo was picked up and squeezed into top that had weird looking sleeves that she couldn't fit her arms fully through.
She looked at the sleeves to realize she had what looked like popplio flippers on? While she was very confused on the the primarina took this time to place her on a changing table she had already set up and started to put her in a pink diaper with hearts. Shayugo noticed this after a minute and attempted to stop ger but the plush like flippers made this nearly impossible. "Don't fight your gift sweetie, I heard you left you used to be the best baby at that cafe and I wanted to make sure you have one more night to remember before you leave." The primarina gave a caring smile as she said this and finished powdering and diapering her guest before picked up what looked like a odd looking party hat.
Shayugo attempted to protest and say she didn't like her job butu she was cut off when the "party hat" was put on her muzzle. This is when she realized its a immatation popplio snout and after it was tied on all she could do was accept it. To her surprise it fit on comfortably, tho she didn't expect ito alsohave a pacifier bit to suck on and doing so would cause a speaker to play popplio noises every so often, which quickly became embarrasing.
After shayugo has figured out her snout paci s felt her tail being moved around and saw the primarina sliding her tail into a plush popplio one before she could react her tail was already stuck in and she was being taped in itlike a second diaper layer.
She had quickly noticed that trying to move her tail was difficult and only made it look like she was wagging her popplio tail. "I see your loving this hehe, don't worry i planned more for you." Shayugo tried to look mad but in her embarrassment and her outfit it was quute difficult to show how she feels.
After a moment her new popplio ears was attached and she was taken further into the house for a night of being a popplio.

Not gunna lie i didn't have a story in mind while drawing this and kinda made it up just now while my phones giving me issues. Apologies for typing mistakes but anyways here is my second costume for halloween stuffs!
