hmm not typically, no! though one time or another i've made little doodles for buyers sometimes for a little extra!
usually i make these as a sort of "chill" thing since i prefer doing busts and headshots to have fun with something which is why i'll also charge way less than full body designs ^^
about rules i'm pretty lax usually! i'd say just common sense stuff, right? nothing crazy; but if you have any particular questions feel free to PM me anytime!
