There's a saying in the bay area for those that sail at night, these waters belong to true sailors those that aren't will be pulled into black waters by Captain Luna.

Captain Luna was once a lioness, for years she and her crew sailed the waters of the bay exploring its depths in her diving suit. While her ship wasn't the most impressive the tales she told and the bounties her crew brought back made them legends among the sailors. For years she and her crew sailed the waters of the bay exploring its depths in her diving suit. That was until the fateful day of the crash. A yacht hosting a party did not register their travel plans with the coast guard. Unaware of Luna's smaller ship the yacht struck it cleaving it in two and sending her crew into the ocean's depths. As for Luna she was the most unfortunate the remains of her beloved ship sank crushing her below. The yacht sank as well, but fortune favored them, and all were able to make it to shore through lifeboats and rafts. Well...except for one, the captain of the ill-fated yacht. He had made it to shore on a raft with his wife. He made sure she got off first and onto the shore, he never did. Her back was only turned for a second, but when she turned, she saw a massive glowing figure in a diving suit that glowed an eerie green light drag him into the waters never to be seen again. Now she roams the bottom of the ocean a phantom attacking ships and dragging untrue sailors below the waters.






....Nah it's just Luna's Halloween costume from last year, I forgot to post it, trying to scare me.
