Whoo! That was painless. Then again, I actually kind of like this. Call it 'deflating' in terms of drama, but let's be frank here. She's encountered the High Prime. She's been around Minos for quite a long time. She knows he's NOT good with emotions, but still has a big heart. This is a sign of Mora's growth as a person.
Yeah, I feel the only hiccup will probably be him having to explain Rachel and Miles having to go away for a while, but I feel she'll understand. Tbf I feel if Sammy allowed Minos to explain, instead of jumping the shark like that, we would've avoided the whole confusion from the previous pages.
You mean, Miles holding a gun and firing it, with the bullet hitting yet not killing Minos at all? Just like how Alej hit Mora on the back of her hand with that shotgun rifle out of anger and thought she killed her own sister, only for Mora to walk it off almost immediately?
