From the long-running British crass humour magazine VIZ, this bunch of waterbound wimps are always talking in circles. It's not my favorite Viz comic (it's no Buster Gonad And His Extremely Large Testicles), but seeing the Sharks usually bite it (or others) by strip's end is usually worth it.
