Years ago, I sketched the basis for this little filly but the sketch was very incomplete. This morning, I finally decided to fully flesh out the cute little mareso she didn't have to linger in the unfinished pile forever. There's something about the frills on her bathing suit that has me feeling she's a resident of some bygone era, perhaps even from as far back as some time around the beginning of last century.
