Chevalier is a Nightwing/Skywing hybrid from Pyrrhia from the Wings of Fire universe created by Tui T.Sutherland, he has animus powers from his lineage going back to Darkstalker's sister and telepathy which is a power from his mother's clan. He is 8 years old and has formed a group called the Claws of Peace to fight criminals on Pyrrhia and Pantala. He is married to a Nightwing named Constellation.

He is sometimes a lonely dragon but is willing to sacrifice himself and protect his friends, preferring to fight and use animus magic as a last resort.
