Biography: Hildegarde is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born unto Junichiro & Palutena, being born a day just before Senta was conceived. Being that her family is a family of mixed talents, Hildegarde had magical potential whereas a number of her other sisters had great physical prowess. On her 18th birthday, she traveled to the magic city of Dalaran alongside Hypatia & Jocaste to learn how to control her magical powers, but her studies were not without problems. In one training exercise, she was beset by shadow council members & she tried fighting them off herself. But it did not end so well & Hildegarde was pulled to safety by her elder sisters. The damage however, was already done. Hildegarde had been so badly damaged by the attack that she was an emotionally unstable mess. With that in mind, she was recalled by Palutena who forbade her from traveling the lands until she regained emotional stability. It took several days going on weeks, but thanks to help from her siblings, she finally regained control of her emotions, and Hildegarde was finally able to succeed in what she intended to do: Learn how to control her magic and put it to effective use, and upon mastering her magical arts, she finally transformed herself and no longer doubts herself, or gets into emotional tantrums. Now she aids her family in any way she can. At first, Hildegarde came off as a crybaby, but overtime, she transformed into a cheerful & upbeat mage. She loves animals, and is very Horde tolerant, even going as far as to share her favorite treats with the other races, like the Orcs or Tauren. However, she does not like Ogres, at all. The best at making ice crystals.
Abilities: As a 1/2 mermaid, Hildegarde is capable of taking on her mermaid form anytime she enters the water so long as it's fresh, or sea water. Being a Frost Mage, Hildegarde has control over ice and has gifted mastery over frost magic in addition to arcane magic. Melee wise, she is unable to get in strong physical damage, but given how she tends to use gear with secondary effects, this is hardly an issue for her. Admittedly however, Hildegarde is fast on her feet & can avoid attacks with ease. She knows just about every frost mage spell in the book, including the ability to summon Water Elementals. In addition, she carries these weapons.
Ebonchill: Hildegarde's own copy of the artifact itself. Hers however, used the Flow of the First appearance rather than the classic one like Hypatia's does.
Winter Sword: A simple one handed sword that she treasures dearly. She tends to use it to channel blades of frost.
Frost Dagger: A dagger Hildegarde has carried with her since her 13th birthday. Acts as a throwing weapon in addition to a melee weapon.
Freeze Staff: Hildegarde’s signature staff. She is never seen without it on her person. This prolongs the freezing effect of some of her frost spells by several seconds.
