((Alright, for those of you who remember having one of these, here is a Christmas tree skirt my mother and I worked on waaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. When I was like... 7 or 8 maybe. 9 years old at the most. Anyway, it's 100% felt with shimmeries on it. I'm not sure if you can see them in the picture. The trim is a cotton lace. The whole thing is about 3 feet in diameter. There is a cut in the middle for the tree trunk to be pushed through. If I had to do it again, I'd make the cut the whole length of the radius, to allow for it to be more readily fit around the trunk of the tree.

I really enjoyed working on this, and it's one of the few memories I have of my mother. Anyway, I was going to use it to spruce up Mist for the holidays. She's been very festive, and I think she'd enjoy having this skirt around her.))
