The Wolves Howl, the nights Grew Darker, The Time for the Harvest had Come again. During this Dark time, The Mistress of blood Lokien, Grew powerful and Dangerous. Her goal is simple, Harvest all the Souls in her Land and bind them to the Eternal night. All Peasants in her lands are Fair game and the Rules are simple:
1. Anyone outside at night are targets for Lokien and her Nobles
2. If your Inside your Safe and Lokien will punish anyone that Violates this Law
3. All Souls captured After the Time of Harvest are to be released.
Lokien Sealed these Edicts with her own blood to give her peasants a Fair Chance. Basically, Stay Safe and Stay inside until the Raising sun. Souls that are Captured won't Die but be turned into Creatures of the Night. Vampires, Witches, Werewolves, and Demons all Loyal to their Queen of Blood.
