VAED / THE VOID / ENDLESS NIGHTMARE"The specimen, hereinafter referred to as THE VOID, is a completely ordinary humanoid creature (male, approximately aged 30-35 O.C.). No other physical features other than the identified Anomaly were found.
The Anomaly is a visual encircling section of the upper part of the head of Void at the level of his mouth, in connection with which, for an outsider observer, there is an impression of a complete absence of this part. Despite this, the creature itself functions quite normally and even seems to think as if the upper part of the skull with its contents were in normal place.
The following features of the Anomaly were recorded by the methods of observations and experiments:
- It is impossible to approximate or touch the place of the "slice", as if it were not a surface typical of the usual physical laws, but something else, not tangible.
- Also, the surface of the imaginary "slice" exudes a kind of smoky substance with a negative light reflection index, like the "slice" itself, other properties of the substance could not be identified.
- Despite the habitual humanoid structure of the creature, establishing contact with it is difficult due to the lack of the possibility of influencing its organs of vision and hearing, the creature is also not inclined to use speech.
- Eating is difficult, but the creature is severely depleted without taking nutrients, up to falling into a coma. However, even with critical exhaustion and injuries incompatible with life, the creature does not die completely, instead it falls into a state of prolonged lethargy, slowly recovering. It is necessary to supply a nutrient solution directly into the blood.
- The pain threshold is greatly underestimated, the reaction to analgesics is negative. Conducting medical experiments is difficult.
For all of the above, it is concluded that Void is a unique carrier of a spatial anomaly right in his body. Part of his head exists in integrity, like the rest of his body, but it is as if hidden from the viewer behind a border inaccessible to his perception, similar in properties to the Schwarzschild metric. What Voyd sees, hears and feels himself, as well as how he became the owner of the Anomaly, is not known for sure."
