This is part of her story before she runs into the original storyline. I wrote this little bit some time in 2001. I felt I should have a story behind how she wound knowing the older brother of a character the main heroine in the original Dragonsmoke storyline meets and developes a crush on.
The drama of romance can sometimes be quite funny. Especially crushes in pre-teens. Though Vix is an adult, the main heroine is only 11 in her original design, 12 in a later.

This was just an unfinished bit I found in an old notebook and transcribed here. Fixed the language and note points as well as some major spelling errors. Though I think there's still a few hidden in there somewhere. I'm tired... I'm going to sleep now.
