"It was at that moment, during our meal-replacement shakes, that we made that connection. The way you looked into my eye when I blew bubbles into my glass, that comforted look that just told me that you understood. That you knew that I knew how you were truly suffering behind all that plaster. You knew we shared the same pains in our shattered frames, in our sore and aching bodies. I hoped that when I tried to reciprocate your loving glance, that you would understand that I would stay. Even if it takes years, I want to be there to makee sure you're never alone in this horrific purgatory. And I know we have yet to truly learn anything about each other, that our broken muzzles and wired jaws make communication impossible. But mark my words that I will make it my life's goal after all of this hell that I'll make you happy, even if that means... without me..."

Oh my god, I love it! Really well drawn and I love how you managed to convey such a cute expression/emotion from Willow despite 90% of her face being covered in plaster. The way she is sipping her meal is adorable as well :)
The story is amazing too, it’s super impressive how much emotion you were able to convey in just that paragraph. Such as them being together long enough that their emotions can be conveyed with looks alone, how much care/empathy they have for one another, and how well you wrote out Rudoji’s feelings. I really love it.
I tried to base my little story off of how you wrote yours, so hopefully you enjoy it :)

I did <3. I'm so glad you've allowed these two to be involved in each other's lives. It's funny because their situation seems quite limiting in what one can do with them, at least to anyone that is not you and several of the novel ideas you've had for all your characters over the years.

Rudoji is a great character and I was more than happy to make him a part of Willow’s life. It allows me to add a lot of depth and emotion to Willow’s story, despite her fully debilitating condition. I appreciate the kind words and Rudoji is always welcome in Willow’s world :) he does nothing but improve it.
