✨I'm rarely posting my warm-up sketches (usually it's because I scribble them down, say "gross" and delete them X_D) but I wanted to mention the benefits of making them.

⚡️I usually do them before I start working on a project or commission. I give myself 5-15 minutes of mindless doodling (I usually choose one of my characters because I am too lazy to think of anything else) and absolutely don't care it looks like crap (this is a very important step - don't get frustrated that it doesn't look good!).
Once the time is up and I start working on what I need to do, I find out that I work way faster and more efficiently. It's like with traditional exercise - you also have to warm up your muscles.

✨Anyway - that's how I work. Feel free to share your experiences - I am always curious how other artists work. ^^
