I think Rocky might be a bit divided on the issue, as there is a huge cost of water usage when it comes to cleaning cloth diapers. Although I'd say he would at least understand that you'll need diapers one way or another, so he'd tell anyone to wear whatever they'd wish.

Yes cotten itslefe was really energy and water demanding in production.
the clean of cotten diapers need energy, water, and soape. But todays washing machines ar better in energie consume. also they need lesser water.

on the othe side compare to the 1990 todays disposable diapers weight lesser. need lesser materials to produce... and its a diffrent if you burn them in a powerplant or rotten them in a land depot. And final they are test machines to recycle disposable diapers... they work... the problem is ofcourse that you basical need a new trashbin only for diapers... general it will not work...but it could be the case that hospitals or retirement home that have a high trash outcome of diapers could collect there diaper trash seperate and they could in parts recycled.
