I wrote about Essentialism in post #2. Existentialism, on the other hand, is impermanence. The black scene, (emo, goth, punk) which deals a lot with experienced emotions and symbolism of death, could also be described as existentialists.
On the one hand, this is of course funny, since I'm talking about humanity in last post, where I'm wandering around as a foxo here - but at the same time it's also a metaphor for difficult periods in life, which I'm sure we've all had before UwU
