i have been burnt out for a while now but FORMTOBER seemed to be the inspiration i needed to start making / enjoy making some music stuff a little again. can't promise i'm going to be continuing to work on general music stuff too much but i plan on at least working on more stuff during formtober specifically!

basically, layering distorted/noisy dubstep basses with a pretty gritty/noisy/crunchy subbass for the crunchy feel, then some added melodic elements from a sound design jam of mine in harmor which was heavily inspired by an idea Skybreak showed off in a project breakdown for a track (https://youtu.be/e6KNcQIJ6Ec?t=1539 [timestamped])
edit: OH also i forgot, i also used a frequency shifter at some points to give it more movement-- also the atmospheric parts are literally just the sound design jam playing out with a lowpassed reese bass and some very faint funny orchestral drums/impacts from splice. also used some dispersers here and there.
ALSO i layered the bass with a LABS choir
