For a contest over on dA. We had to design lolita outfits, either regular or gothic. I had always intended to make this sorta outfit for Neif but never got the right motive for it till now XD
I did mah research but I had trouble figuring out what colours to use @w@ So it took me a few days to complete this, in the tangle of homework and other stuff I have to do/go to xD
The end result is brilliant though LOL I love it <3 Pink suits Neif and works well with her colours
